NGO Art Studio est un atelier d’art non gouvernemental (à but non lucratif) fondé en 1998 à Skopje, en République de Macédoine. Depuis lors, plus de 500 membres ont été initiés au dessin et à la peinture. C’est actuellement un réseau de plus de 75 artistes qui réussissent et poursuivent leurs carrières en améliorant leurs compétences et connaissances dans les académies des beaux-arts de Macédoine, Bulgarie, Croatie, Serbie, France, les Pays-Bas, et USA.
NGO Art Studio se porte garant de la responsabilité morale et civique de l’artiste. L’œuvre réalisée au sein de NGO Art Studio illustre une symbiose entre les influences ou mouvements des mondes antiques et modernes et les perspectives personnelles des artistes qui osent créer de nouvelles voies pour la prochaine génération. Les artistes sont invités à représenter visuellement des idées et des impressions à travers le processus de découverte, d’apprentissage et d’échange d’idées avec d’autres artistes. Les styles sont variés, puisque la règle commune et obligatoire est d’éviter le formalisme afin de satisfaire les besoins de la scène moderne. L’intention est de faire progresser les connaissances et la pratique des arts visuels et de la culture contemporaine dans le monde entier.
En plus de travailler dans son atelier, Irena continue à encadrer des étudiants au monastère de Saint-Jean le Précurseur à Slepche, Macédoine, tout en poursuivant des opportunités d’exposition et la location de ses œuvres à des entreprises sélectionnées.

NGO Art Studio is a non-governmental (non-profit) art studio founded in 1998 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Since then, over 500 members have been introduced to drawing and painting. It is currently a network of more than 75 artists who are successfully pursuing their careers by improving their skills and knowledge at art academies in Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, France, the Netherlands, and the USA.
NGO Art Studio believes in the moral and civic responsibility of the artist. Artwork created in NGO Art Studio illustrates a symbiosis between influences and movements from both the ancient and modern world and the personal perspectives of the artists who dare to create new ways and paths for the next generation. Artists are challenged to visually represent ideas and impressions through the process of discovery, learning and exchanging ideas with other artists. The styles are various, but common for all of them is how to avoid formalism as obligatory rule to satisfy needs of the modern scene. The intention is to advance the knowledge and practice of contemporary visual arts and culture throughout the world.
With our motto that “art is the strongest form of individualism,” the aim of the artists belonging to NGO Art Studio must be to preserve the personal perspective. Each work of art has its own unique signature ~ made by one author with artistic skill ~ and any coincidence or similarity with well known artistic styles or movements is a subconscious reflection of the cultural and social influences of society. The personal perspective, inspired by everyday visual impressions of a certain existence, creates art as a product of many coincidences and events.
This group of artists from NGO Art Studio has come together through their way of expression, choosing a variety of different manners and techniques leading towards one common message. Their artwork is a result of captured moods in different moments. Those different moods in those particular moments mirror our reality and our existence.
In addition to working in her studio, Irena continues to mentor students at the Monastery of St. John the Forerunner in Slepche, Macedonia, while pursuing exhibition opportunities and renting her work to select companies.

НВО Арт Студио е невладино уметничко студио основано во 1998 година во Скопје, Република Македонија. Оттогаш, преку 500 членови се запознаени со цртање и сликање. Моментално е мрежа од повеќе од 75 уметници кои успешно ја продолжуваат својата кариера преку усовршување на своите вештини и знаења на уметничките академии во Македонија, Бугарија, Хрватска, Србија, Франција, Холандија и САД.
НВО Арт Студио верува во моралната и граѓанската одговорност на уметникот. Делата создадени во НВО Арт Студио илустрираат една симбиоза помеѓу влијанија и стилови од стариот и модерниот свет со личните перспективи на уметниците кои откриваат и создаваат нови начини и изрази, кои ќе имаат одраз во следните генерација. Уметниците се соочуваат со предизвикот на визуелната претстава на идеите и импресиите преку процесот на откривање, изучување и размена на идеи со други уметници.
Различните стилови, имаат заедничка точка а тоа е ставот да се креира независно од секој вид на формализам како правило што обврзува за да ги задоволи потребите на модерната сцена. Целта е да се усоврши искуството и знаењето на современата визуелна македонска уметност и култура низ целиот свет.
Покрај работата во своето студио, Ирена продолжува да им биде ментор на посетителите во Франција и следува програма за иконописното атеље во манастирот Свети Јован Претеча во Слепче, Македонија. Во меѓувреме ги организира изложбите можностите за изложба и ја изнајмува својата работа на одредени компании.
